POT STICKERS WITH PORK



Ground Pork (1 lb), Chopped Green Onions (1/2 cup), Minced Garlic (2 teas)



 

Place about a teaspoon of pork mixture in the middle of a Wanton Wrapper.

Wet edges with a little water and close.

MEALS

 Fall is a few days away, and soup is on the menu today.


CHICKEN SOUP WITH DITALINI PASTA


Ingredients

1 cup chopped Onions, raw 
1 cup diced Celery, raw 
1 cup chopped Carrots, raw 
1 serving Grape Tomatoes (3oz/12 tomatoes) 
2 tsp Garlic 
8 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - Raw
1 serving Barilla - Ditalini Pasta (2 oz. serving) 
1 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 
3 tsp Herbs de Provence
2 tsp Better than Bouillon chicken base

Instructions

Cut chicken in bit size pieces. In a large pot, add cooking oil and chicken pieces. Cook until chicken opaque. Add all veggies, salt & pepper, and Herb De Provence mix well and cook for about 2 - 3 minutes. Add the Ditalini Pasta (1/2= 2oz). Add three cups of water. Cook on low for about 20 minutes.

 Serving Size: makes 6- 1 cup servings

Zucchini (1) with Panko (2tbsp), and Parmesan Cheese (2tbsp)

Place under broiler until lightly toasted, 4-5 minutes.


Served here with Sofrito sauce

MEAL PREP

Beef & Turkey Lasagna with Zucchini and Wonton Wrappers


Place some meat sauce on bottom of dish and cover with Wonton wrappers.


Put sliced Zucchini on top of Wonton wrappers then add remaining meat sauce.  



Cover top with Fat Free Cheese.  Cook 20 minutes in a 350F oven.  Makes 6 servings.





Recipe makes enough to fill two baking small dishes, 
oval dish about 1 1/2" deep x 9 " long 5 1/5 " wide.
rectangular baking dish 2" deep x 5 1/2 " long x 4 1/2 " wide
