POT STICKERS

Ingredients

12.8 oz Ground Pork 
6 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 
2 tsp Garlic 
5.5 serving Nasoya won ton wraps 8 wraps 

Instructions

In a bowl add pork, chopped green onions, garlic and salt & pepper combine all ingredients. Fill wrappers with about 1 teaspoon of pork mixture. Wet wrapper with a little water, so they will stick together when closed. Seal well and squeeze out any air. In a skillet, put a teaspoon of oil, add pot stickers, cook until light brown. Add about 1/4 cup water. Cook on medium until water evaporates 7-8 minutes. Serve with favorite dipping sauce. I like Hosin sauce and a little soy sauce.
