Blueberry Waffle, Homemade Fruit Syrup ( 1 tbsp), Jimmy Dean Sausage patty, 

Yukon potatoes (1/4 cup), Roma Tomato (large)

LUNCH




Spinach Tortilla, Chicken Taco Meat, Lettuce and Pico de Gallo


Spinach Tacos


DINNER



Pork Chop (3oz), Sweet Potatoes (1/2cup), Green Beans with sliced Almonds 



SNACK 

Zucchini Parmesan Disk


Zucchini (1) with Panko (2tbsp), and Parmesan Cheese (2tbsp)

Place under broiler until lightly toasted, 4-5 minutes.


Served here with Sofrito sauce
