MEALS

Quick and Easy


Sliced and Peeled Apples with Cinnamon and Stevia
 put into small skillet cook until tender and caramelized.



Center cut Pork Chop (3 oz) with medium Roma Tomato sliced.



Sprinkle Panko (2tbsp) on top of Pork and Tomatoes season with salt and pepper.
Place under broiler for 6-9 minutes until pork cooked.



Pork Chop w/ breadcrumbs, Roma Tomato, Caramelized Apples, Sweet Potato.
