MEAL PREP




Broccoli and Apples, Sliced and Peeled

    
Pork Chops, boneless center cut and Asparagus

Season meat and veggies with salt and pepper.  I flavor apples with Stevia and Cinnamon.
Place sheet pans under broiler for about 7- 10 minutes until veggies and fruit tender and meat cook.
This combination makes 3 meals.  I usually have one when finished and the other two are packed and frozen for another day's meal.
